The first two are with me and Moogle, and this cool Ice Blaster we met. The rest were from this afternoon with me and Mightion combating evil... debt.

Funny story: During this storyarc.. the "Freaklympics", there's a mission to "bust the Kerner and his crew". He's just a regular LT.. but when you attack him, he says "This graphic designer's gonna make you fry!"

Thats because enemy groups like Devoured Earth and Banished Pantheon don't have ArchVillians, they have ArchMonsters.

I always thought it was Underling < Minion < LT. < Boss < Monster < ArchVillian.

Clockworks are an exception, as they are a combination of both types. Being what they are that is.
Hydra's, BP, and Devoured Earth all have Monsters instead of AV's. The other types all have AV's as the top tier. Malta group is the only other exception I believe as some of thier Bots qualify.
Some AV's are actually easier than some Monsters, and visa-versa.

I don't want to be a smartass, but you're wrong there... Sakkra's hierarchy sounds more right, has nothing to do with being humanoid or not, but rather whether the devs thought well to include the Archvillain or not.
Case in point: The Hamidon trial. Hamidon is the Devouring Earth's ArchVillain, and last I saw, the trial to get him spawned several Monster class villains.
So I'm more of the opinion that the factions which don't have an Archvillain simply don't have it implemented yet, if they'll do it at all.
