Small as in it just broke a record for enrollment this year -- 5015 students for the fall semester.
It is the smallest public college in NC...but is actually nice because of that.
I'll try to get some pictures later or something.

UNCP is a Public university, and part of the UNC system. So that's why I consider it small. When compared to NC State and UNC Chapel Hill, it is tiny.
I'm a huge fan of water.
With mine you're not sure where the uni ends and the city/infirmary/prison begins (Yes. I live 5 minutes from Leicester open prison.)
