These people complaining they don't wanna play a pure healer need to step back and look at the freaking class they are playing. DRUID. WTF are druids suppose to be but Healers that can fight. When most of your spells are healing/buff spells, then you already are a freakin HEALER! Besides just having a rez doesn't make you a pure healer. Shamans and paladins get rez, why not let the druid have it too?

Always happens. People are so used to EQ now, that they want pretty much every game's classes to be the exact same.
See Warriors, for example. Wasn't there at least a little bitching that Warriors were not only the game's tanks (and thus very desirable in a group), but could solo just as effectively as everyone else? Yeah. People are too used to the Warrior role of "Everyone wants one in a group, but they can't solo worth shit", and they wanted to see the same in WoW.
You could say WoW Warriors are overpowered at this point. And they probably are right now, but for a different reason. Everyone doesn't want to see solo Warriors, but they fail to realize that although a Warrior would be a big help in a group, you don't absolutely need one to survive at all, or hell, even to do well. Parce and Karnaj used two shamans (no tank, but two CASTERS) to pwn shit. And if you really want a tank, and you're playing Alliance, there's Paladins. I can't say I know their exact stats, and I'd expect their overall HP/AC to be lower than Warriors, but still, they can keep MOBs tied up for a long-ass time. Plus, they can also heal and shit.
Another reason people bitch is because they want their class to be the most powerful, best soloers, and most wanted in groups. The best way to do this is to whine to the devs that "omg X is unbalanced" and hope they either beef up their class or nerf every other class. It's gotten to the point where true class balance is impossible to attain in an MMO, even in WoW.
Anywho, I'm rambling about random crap, and I forgot what else I was gonna say. So I'll just shut up for now.
