I'll warn you now that whichever class you choose, the learning curve is steep. You will make bad, very newbish decisions with your character. However, the choices you make at such a low level really have no bearing on anything, as the IP you're working with per level is literally only a fraction of what you'll have at later levels. So just experiment. But go with skills that are green, generally. Raise skills as you need them, too. There's no rush on raising/maxing anything.

I know all this, I just havn't played in a looong long time.

I'm just ahving trouble deciding which character I want to play.
