Has the best sig on the boards, that is all.
I thought I was the only person who liked those games.

He is also the only newbie to ever respond to my random PM with random gibberish.

All he said was, "Uhm... okay", but it's better than nothing!

Agh, my own joke turned against me.

Actually, I just noticed, you're missing some.

If you're gonna have Lufia sprites, you should have either the original four (Maxim, Selan, Artea, Guy), or all of them (Those four, plus Dekar, Lexis, and Tia.) Shame on you.

Lufia 2 was a really, really sad game.

Lufia was one of my favorite games of all time. Don't think I ever played Lufia 2.... and Lufia on the GBA was kind of disappointing.

Lufia 2 owned a lot. It was really really sad though

Really, try and pick it up as a rom somewhere. It's worth it.

I cried during Lufia 2.

It was an SNES game. They were tiny and pixelated sprites. But I cried.

All I remember about Lufia 2 was that green hair was IN, there was a wacky inventor guy, I had fun riding around a submarine that was also a boat that was also an airship, hitting monsters with grappling hooks, the crazy 100-level dungeon, and when I was playing with my little brother, we'd stab each other's guys and go "I'll avenge you!" "But you're the one that killed me!"

And that the baby got kidnapped.

And it was really epic, too: when Dekar went in and fought all those monsters to rescue them from the thing...and stuff. And there were, as always, bumbling thieves...and the music was awesome...

Crap. I want to go play this again; talking about it makes it seem like the quintessential RPG.

But I don't remember anything sad about it. =(

I played Lufia 2 before Lufia... I loved Lufia 2 to death but couldn't get myself to play through the first when I finally found it.

I went with the four + dekar because he was the man, I remember getting so angry when he left the party. I left lexis and tia out because I never liked either of them. Tia just got in the way and Lexis's wrenches sucked

I too loved the lufia games. I seem to remember being addicted to that cave in L2 where it resets your levels and stuff.
