The curiosity stems from my own experiances as of late playing around with Linux distrobutions not only for my media server, but also my main workstation:
Suse 9.1 (IMHO avoid it at all costs)
Fedora Core 2
Xandros Deluxe 2 (great for beginners - based upon Debian).
Probably because I see no point.
Although I think I'm going to wipe it and go with a lighter distro soon...possibly Debian, Gentoo, or Slackware...not sure yet.

The support staff (when you actually buy their bundled cd's) is horrid. Its a long story, but in the end my business partner and I were left with a very sore disposition against anyone from that side, new or old.
