Yes, and no. It was crap because it was patched together by people that didn't understand it. But it still had enough power to wipe out all the others in one shot. Hell, in an "oops!" moment, it wiped out an entire city.
Honestly, I think the SDF-1 is too powerful for this discussion. It could have soloed Unicron. Add in the Veritechs and Destroids, and none of the robots in this discussion would have stood any chance at all.
