This week, Onimusha 3: Demon Siege comes out for the PS2. While it does look alittle corny with a time-travelling theme, both the previous games have been fun enough.
Next week, Samurai Warriors, a Dynasty Warriors style game, comes out for the PS2. Everything you love about Dynasty Warriors with a lot of new features (randomizing objectives on a map between 400+ possible alternatives, etc) set in Japan at the time of the Warring States Period.
And also next week, The Last Samurai comes out on DVD.
I's is happy! ^.^

Katrinity had this to say about the Spice Girls:
Yes, Ying(Samurai) and Yang(Ninja) are once more equal.
Yin, not Ying.
And yes.
And ironically I had a twisted little idea for D&D game. I have d20 Oriental Adventures. And I have d20 Steam and magic. Samurai Steampunk fantasy would kick ass. I'm sure the idea will develop and blossom more once I've seen The Last Samurai.

Ooh that would work.
But...could there be mechanical horses? ^.^
1. Steam-Powered Western Knights vs spiritual, quasi-mystical Samurai
2. Western Magic vs Eastern Magic
3. Western Steam Armor vs Eastern Magic Armor
Still gestating the ideas in my head.

Any game where you play as Jean Reno is ok in my books.
Yeah, he's a bad arse. But still....mixing modern day France with feudal Japan?

We'll have to rent that when it comes out, then. And I call dibs on the crazy steampunk inventor

When next week is Samurai Warriors?Because...fuck...I don't want to have to buy CoH AND Samurai Warriors...I am trying to SAVE money =p
Pickone buy it, wait another paycheck for the other, if you have a budget that allows it. Like i just bought NWN gold and HOtU, Thinking of getting CoH, but I spent money already on games, plus I have Finals in school , so I probally will be waiting to pick it up. Growing up sucks

That's a good idea.
I'll just end up renting SW
