My friend, there is a fine distinction between good cheesiness and rotten cheesiness, and in my ears Everfriends is the former.
You're right about the EverCrest being a joke thing tho...wouldn't be good form to put an EQ-oid as our name in CoH. 'Guardians of the Crest' sounds kinda cool tho. But lacks Cheese...

Anyone else have any ideas?? I'll be setting up the supergroup after I've had a nap, so you've all got about another 5 hours or so before I'm back and I'll pick something then.
Also, we need to pick the Primary and Secondary colors for the Supergroup. these can be chosen from any of the colors in the "costume creation" colorchart =)
There are a range of Emblems too, but unfortunately it wont let me screenshot those, so unless someone else can screenshot it (and post it here so folks can pick the one they like) I'll pick something that fits most appropriately to the Supergroup name.

The thing about just saying EverCrest as our guild name is, like Niklas indicated, it sounds remarkably like "EverQuest"(for tolerably obvious reasons), and, in my opinion, it's bad mojo to allude to one MMORPG while playing another. Just because we're an organization, it doesn't mean we all have to match. I personally don't think a color scheme is really necessary. There's so much flexibility in this game, I don't see a reason to limit ourselves to whatever is chosen. If everyone could agree on a single icon, perhaps, but even that would take a small miracle, in my opinion.
You have to pick a team color scheme though, but you don't have to have your costume that color scheme I don't think. Its like the guild colors in DAoC, where the emblem and color scheme shows up on your guild cloaks.
