Lets say I have a Remington 870 Express, And just for shits and giggles I wanted to Put pistol grips on it and a short Barrel.. Would I be breaking any laws or anything?

Define short barrel.
And it would be against the law if it held over 5(I think) rounds

Not the Magazine..The barrell. I have a stock 28" vented barrel on it, I was thing something shorter like a 20 or 22" with the rifles stle sights rather than a bead style.

And it's a Pump action, not a Semi-auto..

Ahh sorry. Stupid moment. a 20 inch barrel makes no ifference. I think 18 is the limit on a shotgun. Pistol grip is fine.

My Winchester 1300 Defender Speed-Pump is 7+1 and has a 20" barrel. Just don't get near 18" since it really depends on what kind of a day the cop has had that might hassle you.
