Could someone please tell me why I have four inches of snow on the ground in the middle of April?

You must be in Antarctica. Even where I live (Vermont) doesnt have snow anymore.

Yeah. Where I live, getting this much is unusual. Getting it at this time of year is unnatural. I had to call in to work; I literally can't get there Neither the city nor my car is equipped to deal with this sort of weather, and the debris all over the road is just compounding the problem.
