It's ok, it'll still help if you make a toon on Tarquinas for the sole reason of filling up city space.
It means the shuttleport will return in a week, and one week isn't so bad since it's only a 7 minute journey by vehicle to the Agro Pirate Outpost. I probably won't be on by the time you get there, but send a tell to Crisby (if he's still on) and tell him Kavol asked you to fill a hole in the city. He should supply you with the cash needed to get there.
We'll can still use you, Tian. We need five or so citizens as a buffer zone.
