Myself I like West Side Story and Phantom of the Opera..

Best musical ever!

Ah Matt and Trey... your musical brilliance will only be realized by a few.
I for one, am one of them.

Cannibal! The Musical. There can be no other.
I haven't gotten to seeing Cannibal yet though

I have yet to see a single musical that I enjoyed, but admittedly I haven't seen many.
this might work, though.
Back on topic, the only musical I've ever actually gone to was Cats. Saw it in London a few years back. Thought it was pretty darn silly.

Westside story
Chicago
Leader of the Pack
I also like:
-Phantom of the Opera
-Les Miserables
-Miss Saigon (I cried, and that's rare)
-Guys and Dolls
-Kiss Me, Kate!
-Into the Woods (but I'm a fairy tale nut, so that's a given. The version with Bernadette Peters is great)
-Pirates of Penzance
-Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella
-My Fair Lady
-The King and I
-Camelot
Something I like that's not a musical per se (it's officially an operetta) is The Merry Widow.
Some operas I enjoy:
-Arabella
-Don Giovanni
-Carmen
-The Barber of Seville / The Marriage of Figaro
-The Elixir of Love
-The Magic Flute
I know there are other operas I've seen that I can't recall atm. My PBS station is awesome for their Great Performances series and they show some of the greatest things on there. It's the first place I saw Into the Woods and The Merry Widow.
