On most people but not everyone. Not you, for example as your bright yellow is easy to read.

I do. Have been since Drysart pointed out how I could do it. I guess at some point I should show the colors again to see if a majority of the people have sane colors now or not...

I turned off color ignore just to see what most user colors were like now, and I see that pretty much everyone just uses the default.
