He's killed all enemies, and has completed all objectives except the "escape from the hotel" one. I did some searching via Google and GameFaq's walkthroughs. Apparently two other people have had his same problem, but one link I found was broken, and the other person never got an answer.
His problem is that the door to the kitchen area won't open. If you walk up to it and press the action button, nothing even happens. Not even a "The Door is locked" message.
It would be most appreciated if anyone could help shed some light on this.
