Nope, it can't be destroyed. It's just there as a decoration. It can't even be targetted.
Just like the B-52 and the F-4 Phantom displayed at Andersen Air Force Base; just shells of what they were. No avionics, engines, or weapons.
On a side note, is it just the perspective or does it seem a little... big... compared to buildings around though? Seems like it'd be the biggest thing in your town.

We've got at least 3 Imperial Outpost defense centers around the city, maybe more. They each have 2 or so big turrets, an AT-ST or two each, and a squad of a dozen or so Storm Troopers each.
That's it. At the end of march, I'm buying SWG, and becoming a <insert needed somethingorotherhere> for Mort's PA!
