also I asked if he had the reasonable right to privacy in his car. how public is a 5.5 inch display(or however big it was) in a moving car in traffic anyway? you know he is watching somthing yes (perhaps) but can you tell what it is he is watching?

I am guessing this would fall under reckless driving, hence the reason for the charge.

Very public. I've been driving before and the vehicle in the right lane two car links ahead of me can have a movie going and I can tell what it is.
