On the rest of the days: A: Psych. Appt, B: my mother wakes me up (this happens a TON. My days off, and my mom wakes me up at 10. 
, C: Hunger D: Restroom calling, or E: I sleep til I just can't any more.
We lock up the cat in his carrier at night so he doesn't wake up the kids when we won't feed him at 5 am when he'd like to be fed.

On the weekends it's usually because no matter how many times I roll over, I don't fall back to sleep. Usually works until aobut 9am.

I'm something of a morning person.
Does anyone else have to sabotage their alarm clocks? I broke off the snooze button on mine since I kept hitting it until I was late. Now to get the ringing to stop at all I need to get up and unplug the thing.
