Character from the anime, Naruto.
He's one of the fellow students of Naruto, etc. He is very uninterested in doing much of anything. Very lazy, mostly because he finds everything boring. He is a super-genius though and can come up with brilliant battle strategies on the fly. He's a good friend who looks after his fellows, even if he appears not to really care about anything.
