After hearing rave reviews of our stuff, we proceeded to make a fresh batch today. Our Flagstaff Honey Ale is fermenting as we speak.
What does this mean for you?
It means that maybe I'll be able to ship a bottle or two out to certain people...maybe, as in nothing certain...at all. But keep hoping, ya?

The only legal problems you would have is if you tried to sell it. You should be able to ship it no problem.

11 and a half bottles.
It doesn't look like it would be a good idea to start brewing in my little apartment. The ventelation is horrible and there is no way that I can keep the tempature constant. My main concern is the stench, and from the sounds of it it will be hideous and unavodiable in my current conditions. It looks like I'll have to wait until I move.
On the bright side, I should find a place by the end of this month or the beginning of next. Way too many of my intersts, way too much of my life - have been put in hold becuase of living in this little apartment in a ghetto. That will end very soon.
edit: as a side note it take about 3 months for the paperwork to process so i can actully MOVE into a new place once I get it. [ 01-04-2004: Message edited by: diadem ]
