Let's see.

Want: F-250 (or any full size truck with a solid front axle) with a 8" lift, 37" inch swampers dual shock setup in the front and rear, 5.14:1 axles and a 4:1 gear reduction. And front and rear lockers. Oh, and it needs to be diesel. Gotta have that torque. I could make due, however, with a small pickup with a solid axle swap and a chevy small block conversion. Oh, and unless I move to the southwest, it needs to be manual.

OK, so that's my truck. For a car I want an RX-8 or a 350Z.

Have: A Nissan pickup to which I could do all the things I said above. I my 4x4.

Either a 427 Shelby Cobra or a S-351 Saleen Mustang. Or both. One for forward acceleration, one for handling.

I currently have a fairly rough 1986 Mustang GT Hatchback.

It depends on what kind of mood I'm in when you ask me.

Right now I'd like a 1969 Jaguar E type convertible. Talk about stylish.

In stark contrast to that, my actual ride is a 1994 Toyota truck.

BMW 507 convertable. No chance in hell I'll be able to own one, let alone see one in person.

Failing that, an 80's era 6 series. Hells yea to the land sharks. M6 would be prefered, but only 1,400 or so of them were ever made.

Right now, I've got my little '82 320i. It works, and is a fun project car and beater. (Imagine it white, and without the sun roof)

And a final bit of BMW eye candy, the oh so fucking rare M1.

I'm not really much of a car person, so I've never had a dream car. But this Cadillac 1964 Superior Crown Combination would be cool - restored of course.

or a

1959 Cadillac Hearse would be nice too.

Right now I drive an Lincoln 1989 Eagle Hearse.

I never really had a dream car. Hate driving the large ones, because they're hard to maneuver, and don't fit well in some places. I miss the days of square-bodied cars, because you could always tell where they ended.

My old '86 Dodge Aries had its problems, but I liked it. I bought it off my dad while I was at college (university for you out-of-towners). Got good gas mileage, and only needed around $1000 in repairs over 4 years, before I finally let myself get talked into buying something newer. Sadly, during the 4 months between the time I started looking for a replacement and the time I finally got one, it needed over $600 worth of repairs. Afterwards, we couldn't sell it for $100, even though it still ran pretty well.

The car I drive now is a 2003 Toyota Corolla LE, with automatic transmission and antilock brakes. It had a 2 month waiting list at every dealership, because they planned to discontinue the Corolla line. Apparently my car was built in a Lexus plant.
