Overall my job blows. I'm a part time position, but I'm pulling in over 30 hours a week, and as of Wednesday I'll have worked nine days in a row.
On the other hand, I had a really productive day today.
My dad's been getting into archery the last few months. He only shoots targets, but he really enjoys the hobby and we're hoping he'll join a club or something.
Anyway, he also loves LotR, so my sister and I are going to buy him a fully functional Elvish bow replica

That would really kick ass =D They haven't said anything, but I sniffed around on ebay (where they do all their shopping now), and amongst their recent purchases was, y'know, a computer that they haven't mentioned to me

2. Working. Which wouldn't be so bad, except that I work in a restaurant that's doing a traditional turkey dinner, and many people in Vegas go out rather than stay with family. I dread the day because management took over 500 reservations for 12:00pm to 7:00pm, and are still doing walk-ins.

Aside from eating a lot period? Reading books for college, and finally getting to play some EQ and FFXI on my brother's computer, since there isn't a college firewall there.
Doing ok in just about all my classes except for Lit thanks to my evil professor. Luckily we all gave her horrible reviews, and her tenure is coming up for review.

Giving... wow, that's hard to say. I know what would be good for my parents to receive, but I would certainly have no way to give it to them. I will be getting GBA and Xbox games as well as lots and lots of money, hopefully. My birthday is only 2 weeks after Christmas so I tend to blend them together.

Not particularly. My family uses this time to start on their Christmas lists for people and that part always makes me really uncomfortable because I never know what I want. I have to make things up sometimes. Plus we are more SCROOED than usual as far as money goes, methinks. My parents never really inform me on this sort of thing very well, but with how short tempers are, I feel like I'm kinda picking up on it a little.
