Having just watched 7 episodes of Fushigi Yugi, I would nominate Miaka. While the series is interesting and well-done, Miaka herself is extremely irritating. Her voice is painfully shrill as well, though that's more of an issue in the original dub.

Which main character stimulates your murderous tendencies? Why, exactly?

crank form eatman, while its a decent series, i haev never seen a main charecter with that little chatcter devolpment

Aren't all main characters supposed to be annoying to at least some exent? If I had to pick the most annoying one, I'd have to say Shinji Ikari. He's pretty durned annoying.

shinji isnt that anoying,s rue he whine a little too much, but hes still nowhere near as bad as many other anime main charecters

For inciting rage my choice would have to be Priss from BubbleGum Crisis, who just for some reason pisses me off.

For annoying I would have to choose Mamoru, from Sailor Moon just for his battle tactics... or lack there of.

Silently, the unnamed Senshi drew a small jewel-hilted athame from some form of pocket-space, and lightly ran it across the back of her left hand. Good, she wasn't one of those fools that slashed their palm open whenever one of the various reasons to use blood arose. I did the same with my own vorpal-bladed athame. It was a much plainer affair than my counterpart's, but I bet hers couldn't call up a higher-level demon just by carving a smiley face in the ground.

They don't have to be. For examples, Dark Schneider, Jubei, or Orphen.

I nominate the guy from G-Gundamn, for being stupid and forgetting the HUGE FRICKING SWORD ON HIS BACK! And for being generally cheesy and not holding true to gundamn pilot standards.

I thought Yui was smarter, but she seems to be as emotionally motivated and sentimental as Miaka. Just not quite as loud.

I'm up to the eleventh episode and have to ask.. doesn't this anime have ANYONE (besides that street gang) who isn't a caring, sympathetic, et cetera, individual?

I can't take much more.

Smacks Nekralt cause A) If he watched G Gundam enough he would know that the sword on his back is a rusted piece of junk that B) He can only properly when he is calmn and consintarting. Lets not forget letter C) Which clearly shows the creator of this Gundam series enjoys makeing his shows a little cheezy because it is different and enjoyable and finally D) There is no "True Gundam Pilot Standards" to hold by, I mean what are these suppose standards suppose to be?

I'd have to say.. That the MOST annoying anime charater is.. Shinji Ikari. Just because he is a pansey... And whines. And is afraid of everything. And lets Asuka die. And is scared of Rei. And gets Misato killed!
