Question:

OK, I have been relatively unexposed to anime for... well, my entire life. Pretty much whatever was on TV, which wasn't that good. However, I have been hearing about a certain bit called "Boogiepop Phantom", and after reading about it, I desire it greatly. Been compared to The Maxx which is my absolute favoritest thing ever. Questions are: How rare is this, both download-wise and purchase-wise? What would be the best way to go about aquiring episodes of it?

I read Arcana for the magic and vampires, the yaoi-ish aspects turn me off to it a little, but its a great strip otherwise. Never heard of Boogiebop Phantom, but a good place for links for a lot of anime series is Anipike or you can always use google. Khy or someone else would have more info, sorry.

I've seen the first 3 eps of Boogiepop, and basically, it's like a bunch of urban-legends crossed with a bad trip and some crack. It's really freaky, but after the second ep, I liked it. I'm waiting for a friend to buy the next DVD, since I'm nearly broke and saving my $$ for the next DVD of Hellsing.
