Basically, she's a superhero that can change her appearance and outfit. Her skills and talents change depending on the look she has. If she becomes a motorcross biker, she is a great driver/pilot. If she becomes a commando, she's a dead shot with her revolver. If she becomes a S&M queen, she's good with a whip.
Of course, changing clothes like this isn't done by slipping into a phone booth. Instead, her clothes fly apart, and then (after you've gotten a good look at her), a new outfit forms onto her.
Plenty of camera time is given to her chest and butt, but that's the limit of the actual nudity. No sex happens, but there's tons of innuendo and perversion. Great sense of humor to it too.
