"Wonderful! Was this comic not being perused by all of the fine people on this board other than myself, due to the fact that I was unable to locate the URL to the comic? The fact that most threads would never offer that due to people not wanting to worry about age requirements had me sitting in my chair completely boggled!"

I stole it from my guild's board.

Put colour back into your comics, use clean inked lines like you used to, and make it about things we care about.

I agree. The current look has too much of an MS Paint feel to it.

It's not something people hear about.

I will if I can get my hands on a few good tools. I need a ruling pen and a bottle of india ink (what I used to use long ago). I can't just go using other tools; felt tipped markers bleed into the paper, and tech pens get clogged up by the graphite on the paper. Also, coloring a comic takes me at least 2-3 hours, which was why I stopped long ago... but soon I should be able to do color again.

Jesus, this "OMGZ DUNT HURRT ME FEELINGS!@# OLNY IN FLAEMBLALALAZ" attitude is really annoying. [ 10-21-2003: Message edited by: Tarquinn ]
This forum was far more interesting when you actually were allowed to disagree with someone.
This is Smurfville, BS was right.

Constructive criticism doesn't start with kicking someone in the proverbial nuts, Tarq. Being an asshole then saying something nice afterwards doesn't change the fact you were being an asshole to start with.

But I guess you can't go about it in a PM like you say, eh? I was going to write a nasty sort of letter here, since I get off on that stuff, but cowards and fat ogres are two of my big turn-offs.
Now, if you want to fight me again, do it like a man instead of writing on a bathroom wall. [ 10-21-2003: Message edited by: Mr. Parcelan ]

Toktuk said this about your mom:
I really, really hate flameball. My impression I got was that it was created for people who like see everyone get in a big argument so they can whack off to all of it (i.e. Parcelan, he really seems to get off on that stuff). I'm all for voicing your opinion when you don't agree with someone, but putting up an unmoderated board that encourages arguments for the sake of it has got to be one of the worst ideas I've come across in a long time. If I disagree with you on an issue, I'll tell you then directly. And I can do it without getting myself banned on a moderated board. I don't need a whole separate flamefest board to get my point across.
I have a theory that Drysart uses "other boards" as an ingenious way of eliminating topics he'd rather not talk about or see talked about.
Too much irritating war talk on the boards? Make a war-only board and mandate everybody go there to talk about war. Rather than bother with the new board, people will just stop talking about war.

Yeah, right. So you basically want "constructive criticism" without the "criticism".
Smurf.

I didn't make the post specificly to attack you, although I can kind of see how you'd take it that way, since you were the only person I mentioned in my post. But also the best example, so *Shrug*.
Why the hostility, though? You've said before that you've wanted a place where people could argue unmoderated and have a big, giant, nasty free-for-all. And you were the moderator for flameball when it opened. It's not like I'm pointing out anything you haven't admitted in the past anyway. If what I said pisses you off, maybe you should stop making trollish posts all the time.
You can call me fat and question my honor by insuiating I'm not a "real man" or something like that, but I really don't feel like getting into a shouting match with you over it. I mean, who are you? Just some punk kid who runs his mouth on message boards on the Internet. Name calling by wanna-be Internet bullies doesn't intimidate me, you should know that by now.

You've both gotten way off topic and are looking to start something that doesn't need to be started.
