Ignore at your discretion, I simply need some -legal- ideas.

A friend of mine has an ex-sister in law that is currently making her life shitty. In other words, calling Children and Youth services every week, claiming to be a neighbor and saying she abuses her kids (Which she doesn't.), going into her newly aquired workplace and trying heavily to get her fired, and other things.

Now, aside from finding her Email address one way or another and signing it up for the nastiest, most horrible pornspam and other spam imaginable (There was one post a bit ago about smeg something..), I'd like to know what one could do over the net, perhaps with a street address. Now, sending pizzas is out of the question; I don't want to do anything that would make her actually pay out of pocket (Like sign her up online for a porn mag or something), but basically annoy the hell out of her.

I don't know what you all can think of, but I thought I'd ask.

Wouldn't pissing her off just lead the ex-sister in law to believe its your friend doing this? Then wouldn't the ex-sister in law just step up her actions to make your friend's life a living hell?

Edit: Nevermind.

But while you're on the topic of legality, isn't there anything your friend can do? While I do not know legal issues, that behavior sounds like slander or harassment of some sort..

When children and youth call you out of the blue asking for a visit to see your children and to possibly take them away, I'd say that's pretty much a living hell already.

You DO have a point though; I was just gathering some ideas to mull over. That's all.

There has to be a reason she's doing it.

There's always the old "garrote her in a dark alley" trick.

Jolly prankster you!

Tell your friend to file a restraining order against her. That should at least keep her from her home and workplace. And I'm sure there are options to sue for some reason or another.
I don't know how to be sexy. If I catch a girl looking at me and our eyes lock, I panic and open mine wider. Then I lick my lips and rub my genitals. And mouth the words "You're dead."

I believe that knowingly misleading government services would be probably be a fienable offense since they had to call your friend, get people to her house, etc, same as calling 911 on a bogus fire alert.

Life... is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that nobody ever asks for. Unreturnable, because all you get back is another box of chocolates. You're stuck with this undefinable whipped-mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down when there's nothing else left to eat. Sure, once in a while, there's a peanut butter cup, or an English toffee. But they're gone too fast, the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits, filled with hardened jelly and teeth-crunching nuts, and if you're desperate enough to eat those, all you've got left is a... is an empty box... filled with useless, brown paper wrappers.

The problem is that she does it anonymously, posing as "A neighbor". But my friend has some wonderful neighbors, and once one of them found out about this crap, THEY went out and asked everybody. Nobody made the calls.

Here is a large collection of very destructive pranks, but I still believe she should somehow seperate herself from that women.
