Pandorra Hinenmarth, wood elf druid, is finally level 46.
So where shall I take my newly planar self?

Well, there's not really any place to go at 47 in any of the planes. You could get a Nightmare/Disease/Innovation group, but you'd be resisted by almost everything and your heals wouldn't keep up with the quad 200+ they do in there.

Bajah had this to say about Duck Tales:
I wouldn't hit the planes til 47 so you have an xp cushion... and if you can find a group, PoD is nice. hehe
Yeah, I don't plan on hitting them alone for hunting. The guild has a 62 cleric so if I go plane-hopping, I'm going to go when he does.
But where should I go poke around in? What has stuff that sees through invisible so I should stay away from it for now?
Lyinar Ka`Bael, Piney Fresh Druidess - Luclin
steer clear of PoN and PoI.. everything sees through invis there.
And even then, you're going to be waiting a long time for one.
And you're going to die a lot at 46, too.
As far as hunting goes, PoJ zoneout tends to be where I started. Those groups tend to be willing to take 46's and the XP is great there; at least back when I was hunting there.
PoD and PoN are options but not good ones in my experience as others have noted. (Plus if she hunts in PoJustice she can forage up baking supplies.

I rarely solo, or if I do want to solo, I play my necromancer instead. Always preferred to be the backup in groups.

Oh, you know.
Ive a bard friend who reached 50 recently. He was soloing stuff in dreadlands as well as giants in Velious (his RL friend and I told him to start working his dragon faction because I had some SS armor pieces rotting in the bank for him from past HoT runs) etc.
OR

Been so long.. hehe.. hmm.. I hear Ykesha zones are nice for leveling up in that range.. there are also LDoN groups.. those seem to yield nice experience from what my lower level friends tell me.Ive a bard friend who reached 50 recently. Yeah, I got Dorra up to dubious with CoV. I think all I could do next for good faction hits are the heads/helmets, right?
LDoN is out for me at the moment, unfortunately, until I can get it on Pandorra's account. Which Ykesha zones would you recommend?
Lyinar Ka`Bael, Piney Fresh Druidess - Luclin
At optimal conditions, everyone from L58-60, one LDoN run gave said L58 character a full yellow. That's mighty fine, so as not to be in PoP.
Is 46 high enough for Kael with some friends, KaL? I would like to go there eventually, because some pieces of the druid Thurg armor would really be an upgrade to what I have (+14 wis tunic, omg), but I wasn't sure if I was high enough to go hunting even the outskirts there yet.

just watch the shopkeepers
Dulak's Harbor is pretty good XP, but it's more or less bring your own group there. Bring a Shaman buddy and help them camp drunken pirates for their Stoicism quest - the slow comes in handy.
Other than that, you can join the teeming masses and XP grind in LDoN or Dreadlands. Wooo, fun!

That's a possibility for xping, because Adam has Jagd who could use that, and I also have a Healing Water quest in the Ykesha zones that requires a couple drops somewhere. Need to look it up again, but I remember it was two medallions off something.
Think a 46 druid and 39 shaman would be okay there, or would we want to level the shaman up first?

It would be a lot easier if you had an SK or Pally to bring along, but it's certainly doable with just the two of you. Especially since you obviously spend a lot of time playing with each other, so you know each others play styles pretty well. The only time I spent in Dulak for any period was for camping for my empty flask, so my knowledge of the zone is more or less limited to that area. That said, it was good XP for me at 44 and not too much trouble.
Here's how I'd do it if I had a Druid partner:
After zone in, invis and follow the wall to your right. You'll come to a "street" with a row of houses on the left and a wall on the right. This street will lead down to the docks. At the end of the wall on the right is a set of boxes. Setup camp there and pull from the houses. Make sure Jagd summons and buffs pet.
Have Pandorra pull with Harmony and Snare. Jagd slows as mob is coming in and tanks with dog. Both of you drop your DoTs on the mob. Heal Jagd when needed. Nuke for extra DPS if you have the mana (Pandorra, not Jagd).
If resists are a problem, have Jagd /pet attack on incoming and Malise. Pet should be able to take a few rounds of attacks without too much of a problem if you have it's HP buffed with Talisman.
One last thing - a lot of the mobs will drop Shivs and Broken Bottles. They sell for crap - so save a few and use them for pet weapons. If you give the Shaman pet two weapons, it will dual wield, so that should increase it's DPS by a fairly significant amount.
They key is to keep your back to the wall when you aren't pulling to avoid getting agro from roamers. Mobs in Dulak can tear through pretty quickly if they aren't slowed.
See also the Stoicism Quest Guide at the Shaman's Crucible for more information about this camp.
