Yes, and no.
You missed some of the coolest mechs from the 80's. On the other hand, you missed Min-may, one the the most annoying characters from the 80's ever.

However I must admit that the game looks pretty good.

Luckiliy thats abreviated it SDF inside of the series. The SDF-1 does indeed rock though. I think it could probably take on a few Star Destroyers. Mainly due to the main gun of uberness. Which I'd love to see fired in this game unlike in Battlecry.

Gotta love the Macross cannon.

Mikasi has the Macross RPG book, and the damage rating on the Macross cannon is more or less 'Yes'.

I played it once. ONCE.
I don't really remember if it was good, but it was fun, anyway.

It's the same system as Rifts. And, in fact, it easily works into Rifts.

I believe in the existance of magic, not because I have seen proof of its existance, but because I refuse to live in a world where it does not exist.

I hope it has more Veritech models than just variations of the VF-1 :\

It also must have the freedom that Battlecry has (as far as switching between veritech modes) or it might not be that fun for multiplayer.

The movies show the form switching, so no problem there.

Thank you so much for linking to a site that tries to install Gator on my machine! I like spyware.

Just anytime you see a link that shows www.the-magicbox.com, don't click it. That site is rampant with spyware stuff.

Well, duh.

How much spyware do you really think asks if you want to install it? Even after clicking "No," Spybot has found a shitload of crap to clean up.

Now I know that.

But I still think the poster has some responsibility not to link to places like that. Or at least put a warning: "I don't mind my computer reporting all sorts of info to other people, or seeing random advertisements all the time, but if you don't like those things, don't click."
