SSince it's a yearbook, I'd say 1 or 4, but if it's not a "serious" yearbook, 3!

But I took your eye.
#2 looks too stiff, and the way your shirt lays makes it look like you're wearing a corset too tightly around the lower midsection. (I know you're not wearing one, but still...) Probably standard for a yearbook photo, but you can do better.
#3 has a good pose, and the best angle. Overall, this is my preference, unless you're going for a picture with more of a cleavage profile (shut up, it's true). If you're limited for space, cut it off around the center of the hourglass (midsection).
#4 just doesn't look right. Your head is tilted forward, and it accentuates the wrong features, making you look older than you should. Black-on-black also takes away from the photo.
From best to worst is 3, 1, 2, 4.
2) Aside from the smile, looks like a full body mug shot.
3) Looks okay, pose is a bit... eh, but overall good.
4) Makes you look either drugged, or really old.
From a crtique standpoint, which is typically how I gauge a person. If I were to use any of them for anything to work from.. I'd use 1, possibly 3, but I'd find 2 and 4 useless.

And I did like the first one, and was trying to be nice... Typically I'm a lot more critical by nature, but the intent wasn't to change you or anything about it. Just point out what I liked and didn't like so you could see what the majority likes or doesn't like by the picture itself. So mirroring what Ford said.
