Didn't see a post about this. Got the info from my Dad this morning.

"There is another Virus called Worm_Sorbig that's on the loose this morning. This virus spreads via Email ..."

if nav or a normal virus checker (like NAV and Macafee) can catch it i'm not too concerened.. the thing that got me about msblast is that you just had to be online to be infected

For most normal people, being online is email, web or both. A large number of these things spread through what? Web and EMail.

It is confirmed that there is a variant F to the SoBig EMail Virus.

F-Secure and Sophos are updated, expect updates from McAfee, Panda and Norton sometime today...

edit: Oh, already done. I love Grisoft.

Added detection of new variants of I-Worm/Sobig.F, Worm/Lovsan.D and new virus I-Worm/Dumaru.

Yeah.. that's what puzzling me... I don't find any references at Sophos, McAfee, Norton or Panda either.
