I just don't know how to open a new server window through commands alone. [ 08-08-2003: Message edited by: Sean ]
It's not something people hear about.
That's the command you're looking for
code:
Connects to sorvery.net
Joins #rpcrest
Connects to evercrest.net
Joins #evercrest
Connects to sorvery.net
Joins #rpcrest
Connects to evercrest.net
Joins #evercrest
Connects to sorvery.net
.....
Once you've enabled 'perform on connect'...
Network : All Networks - should be empty.
Network : Add - choose magic on the list. (Do not choose Magic, choose the SORC.ERY option which I cannot list because Drysart's script changes SORC.ERY to magic)
Network : magic - should have (Of course, I'm talking about SORC here too)
/join #rpcrest
/ns identify <whatever your password is>
Network : Other networks should have
/join #evercrest
/server -m irc.sorc.ery.net (Without the . between sorc and ery)
Then when you connect to the main EC chat, you'll join Sorc and RPCrest automatically. [ 08-09-2003: Message edited by: Khyron ]

You see, I did that, but then it seemed to loop over and over everytime I connected to a new servercode:
Connects to sorvery.net
Joins #rpcrest
Connects to evercrest.net
Joins #evercrest
Connects to sorvery.net
Joins #rpcrest
Connects to evercrest.net
Joins #evercrest
Connects to sorvery.net
.....
The reason it does that is because you have it set to connect to each EVERY TIME IT CONNECTS. That's a bad way to do it, because that means it connects to each once (Sorvery), then connects to each again (Evercrest).
You have to make it connect to Evercrest first, and then connect to Sorvery ONCE, without it trying to connect to anything when it does Sorvery. Which means you need to have two separate options in the perform - which is why I had to add Sorvery from the list first, and add the /ns ident and /join #rpcrest on the sorvery perform, and have the Evercrest IRC the one that joins sorvery. Then it only tries once without looping.
