I'm getting grey hair in the sides of my head and I'm only going to be 23 in October.

Looking at my family I doubt I'll ever see a grey hair on my head, by the age of 30 pretty much every male in my family was bald.
Life... is like a box of chocolates. A cheap, thoughtless, perfunctory gift that nobody ever asks for. Unreturnable, because all you get back is another box of chocolates. You're stuck with this undefinable whipped-mint crap that you mindlessly wolf down when there's nothing else left to eat. Sure, once in a while, there's a peanut butter cup, or an English toffee. But they're gone too fast, the taste is fleeting. So you end up with nothing but broken bits, filled with hardened jelly and teeth-crunching nuts, and if you're desperate enough to eat those, all you've got left is a... is an empty box... filled with useless, brown paper wrappers.

I think I got lucky.

Both of my parents are over 45 and still have VERY little grey hair.

My dad didnt start losing his hair until he was in his fourties, and my mom still has a full head of hair.

It isn't that bad, my grandfather's hair was completely gray before he was 18.

My dad only has about 30% gray and he's 50...

Mom only has about 20% and she's 51. Plus I've inherited a hair color that disguises it.

Meh. I dye anyway

at my rate, i'll go bald before I go grey. Although Syn has noticed the odd grey hair in my beard. Hmm... chromedome with a salt-n-pepper goatee.. that could look interesting.

my mom has been getting gray hairs since she was 18 (that she covers with dye, so I don't know how much of it is gray).

dad loses more hair, little by little, as the years go by.

My mom is hardly gray at all...my dad, not the least bit. He also hasn't lost a shred of his hair.

My uncle started to go completley grey in his late twenties/early thirties.

Both grandfathers were pretty much bald, with a bit of grey hair. My dad is starting to bald, and all of his hair is basically a dark grey. I think he is like 45.

My hair as it is right now is pretty thick. Short, but thick.

And even if I DO go bald and grey, I wont care. I know its going to come eventually.

In my family, we start getting our first grey hairs in our 30s. I made a deal with myself that if I got to the point that I started going grey, I wasn't going to dye my hair, simply for the fact that I'd be happy to have hair to go grey.

And so far, I've stuck to that promise.

I want grey hair like Pesco has

Although I will probably never wear the beard.. I want the streaks of grey above my ears. I just think it looks cool on men that have that.
