As the title says, have a fav song from a video game (non-ddr)? Post the name here. I wanna see where people's tastes lie.

If you had to ask mine is Aeris' Theme (Gentle Heart) from FFVII.

I'm not a big fan of video game music, but Otherworld and this Legend of Dragon Theme are pretty good.
A Kansas City Shuffle is when everybody looks right, you go left.

It's not something people hear about.

I love the music from Xenogears and the Wild ARMs game as well, but my absolute favorite video game tune of all time is the Prologue from Final Fantasy IV. It's the little melody you hear in many games, but the one I remember most is in FFIV when Cecil and Kain leave the castle at the beginning. I love that song.

My second favorite is probably If You Still Believe from LoD

Please, if you can remember an exact title, put it down. I'm gonna try and find some of these and vague full soundtracks of games doesn't exactly help me.

Thank you!

Luna's Boat Song. But the original version is better than that high-pitched version the cat sings. Luna has a lovely singing voice.

One you should definitely get from Xenogears is Small Two of Pieces, Gains. Beautiful, beautiful song.

There was one song from the original C&C that kinda confused me.... Took me a while to realize they were saying "Fight, Win, Prevail!" instead of "One With Miguel".

Friends of mine found that lyrical fuckup rather amusing.

Did I ever mention I actually LIKE the Gold Saucer music from FFVII?

FFVII - Red XIII's theme

I prefer remixed versions of video game tunes, like on the albums from KFSS and One-Up Studios.

My favorite album remains The Brink of Time.

Should listen to the stuff from the Wild ARMs series if you like whistling. It's a wasteland/western setting, so there's lots of whistling in the songs. Very nice music.

I think I have to agree, especally if you take all the different versions of it from throughout the game.

I believe in the existance of magic, not because I have seen proof of its existance, but because I refuse to live in a world where it does not exist.
