I swear I have the worst luck with love. I can't find a girl that I like, that will like me back in the same manner. I've been 'talking' to this girl Jeannet. Shes extremely pretty, but me liking her had nothing to do with looks it was just a plus. We were awesome together... Had the time of our lifes every night we hung out.

Well tonight, I met her and six other friends. I got there a little late because I got off work. We were at some steakhouse thing, I sat on the end with a chair pulled up because it was a booth. No big deal, I didn't wanna ask anyone to move so I could sit next to her. We eat, I pay for everyone(no joke amost 100 dollar bill). On the way out, shes really distant from me. When we get to our cars she says shes gonna ride with Daniel so she can smoke. I'm like 'okay somethings wrong' but I just nod my head.

Daniel has a blow out on the way to another girls house. Almost wrecks, flys off the road. All I can picture is Jeanette and Daniel dead.. I pull over and run to them, Jeanettes scared out of her mind. I try to hug her, and she like almost pushes me away. I'm like wtf. So then I get in the mud and change Daniel's tire.

We start out journey yet again, Daniel on a donut. Jeanette in his car still. Five minutes down the road he has a blow out on the spare, almost crashing yet again. He pulls over in Food Lion parking lot, and she wont even get out of the car. I ask Daniel what the fucks wrong with her. Hes like 'I got bad news man, she likes some guy shes "liked forever" and he likes her now.'

My heart sank. I loved this girl. I gave her my heart. So fast too. She always told him she liked me more then I liked her blah blah. I just can't even think, but I pretend to kinda shurg it off. She needs a ride home because Daniels car is not going anywhere. She looks at me, then looks away knowning it wasn't even the time to ask me for something. Daniel says hes sorry blah blah we will go look for girls tommrow. I jump in my car and just tear donuts all over the parking lot for a release of some stress.

I drive home, just playing Queen - We are the Champions as loud as I can(pretty freakin loud). Almost crying the whole way. Now I sit here, just mad.

Why must girls always break my heart?? I'm almost done with Love.

Been down that road, and yeah man it does suck. It's never smart to give up on love, because when you truely do find it, it's great. Honestly the most that you can do is pick yourself back up, and move on. That's unfortunately the way relationships work. Don't jump out just because one girl breaks your heart, just rought it out and sooner or later it'll come for you.

Like my mom would tell me when I hurt myself, "Walk it off wussy!"

Seriously though, that really bites dude. I don't know what anyone can tell you that will make it feel better... Just time, that's about it that will help to heal such wounds. That's what usually does it for me.

While I can offer no condolences as to your loss, I can perhaps offer some ways to avoid such a circumstance again.

I know perhaps this is not the norm, but I've found when I chase women, I take an almost....detached emotional state, often times I've thought this is what it must be like to treat women as objects and not people, and for some of you that may seem horrible.

but hear me out.

dating is a game, fencing, chess maybe, its just a game, to treat it more than that is to set yourself up for disaster. I say, stay apathetic untill you have the girl, and then let the feelings develope as the relationship goes along. Just play, and have fun with it, often times I have more fun flirting then when I do getting any other way with a girl, its all play. Those that play the most, become the best and can often catch anyone they want. And often you'll find it plays for both sexes, the girls that flirt the most tend to attract the most guys, especially the aggressive girls (rar).

So, the next time you see a pretty girl, just try not to give a shit, and have fun, easier said than done tho...

This Rant was brought to you by some shit, I'd do the sesame street gag, but I'm sick of it.

All flames, rants, and other such responses will be dealt with by apathy.

Got a 2 year scholarship to a community college with a perfect transfer program. Books included. So I'm going with that, then transfering to a university.

I plan to move out in like a month, I will be making enough to come pretty much even with bills.

Crotch rocket. Nothing to fast yet. Gonna get a used Ninja or Katana. I love crusier bikes like Harleys and stuff too, but I they don't really fit my image yet. Once I'm forty, I'll definalty be pimpin the full chrome harley.

Ninja will get you killed dude, not a good first bike. My dad works for an insurance company, when they came out with them, they asked him to go ride one (He used to do a lot of riding back when he was young, till he hit some gravel on a freeway and picked up his nice facial scars) to see how much they should charge for rates.

Keep in mind, my dad at the moment has a 1400cc Yamaha Royal Star V-4 with 110hp give or take. He still thinks the Ninja was the fastest damned bike he had ever driven.

If you're going to get a bike, by all means, but I certainly wouldn't make my first one a Ninja. Get a good 500-750cc bike to start with, ride it for a couple years then you'll be ready. I'm probably going to be getting a 750 Honda Rebel for my first bike, or something near it. My dad wouldn't let me ride a crotch rocket

I've been riding my whole life. I've had a dirtbike since I was around six. Though I have never riden a street bike, I figure they have to be similar.

Right now I have a Honda XR 250cc dirtbike. My friends with bikes have, r1, hyabusha, a ninja, and a katana. The r1 and hyabusha are SOOOOOOOO fast. I've never seen something accel like that on the street.

I always thought Ninjas were the slower bikes, I could be wrong though.

Well that changes things a bit now doens't it? Hehe, sounds like you've probably got enough to go for a Ninja then.

I have SQUAT riding experiance thus far, and probably won't until sometime after I get my car fixed - again - so I can get my own bike. Then my dad will send me off to a weekend riding school, fun.

All gained with hard work at Pizza Slut! But I'm gonna be living it nicely once I hit eightteen. I'm not gonna blow my money like most kids do at that age, but theres gonna be some fun with it.

I figured my car would come into play with this thread . Really I don't think my car's ever gotten me a girl. I always get 'ooo's and ahhh's' and a couple yells, but I never stop to talk to them. But I'm sure I'll be out crusing the mall this weekend. Not going to the lake house now, because the plan was to go up there with her..

Yep. I've been a two wheel'd guy for my whole life. Loved BMX, grew out of that. Started motocross(not pro or anything, just on trails we made). I live in a big urban type area, so I can't ride here. Haven't really been able to get out to the country to ride in a long time.

I would of bought just a decent car. Then bought a bike, but my mom has this fear of crotch rockets because someone riding one died right infront of her house when she was younger.

I had given up on ever finding the person that was everything I could ever want in a girl. Always felt that 'the one for me' was probably someone I flipped off on the freeway or something.

But I met Tori about 2.5 years ago. I'm 28 now, so look at the bright side.... you've got a lot of time and it'll go by faster than you realize. Besides, there should be no 'hurry' for love.

If you rush into something, you'll eventually regret it and wind up with someone where you're reminiscing about having free time and money and if those thoughts are drifting into your head, you'll know it's not a relationship to be in.

So sit back, enjoy life, and stop -looking- for the right one. Eventually, you'll find what you want. Or you'll die poor and alone like Snoota.

And with all the suffering love has caused me, I've become bitter and jaded and lonely.

I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

Yeah that was probably the worst part. She was sitting there, in his car, ten feet away from us. I would have liked to hear it out of her mouth, would have helped me a ton.

I don't think she even said a complete sentance to me the whole night. As I was getting in my car to leave, I said 'Bye Jeanette.' She did an effortless 'b-y-e.'
