The doctors are stumped. They have tested everything from her thyroids to Diabetes. Everything has come back fine.
Apperently the doctor told her the other day that unless we can pinpoint this and treat it that we will never be able to have children. She would probably be dead by the 6th month the way her body is acting. I really don't know what to say or how to react. Or even why I am posting this. I just needed to get it out I guess.
Sorry.
Have they tested for blood sugar? That's absolutly horrible hun *hugs* =(
I try to keep my hopes up around her. Always strong. Telling her not to worry. But sometimes I have to go off by myself so I can have a breakdown..
Right now she is resting. I had to help me the 20 feet to get to bed.
Honestly. I am scared to death about this.
Don't apologise for this type of thing. If you need to get it out, by all means rant 'til you're empty. I'm sorry to hear this...

Oh hun... just so many possibilities... =\ I'm sorry, All I can say is that I hope they find out quickly...
I was getting that way for a while, but turned around.
*Hugs Azizza* Dude, breakdown if you want.
Yeah, that wasn't funny.
The doctors would probably have checked for something like that but it wouldn't hurt if she tried taking iron pills.
If you need to talk anytime, I'm here.

It seems to get worse leading up to and durring her period. In fact every time she has been in the ER has been right before or right after she starts. That is at least something. We know when it is at it's worst so we can use that as a base to go by. The next test they will run is an MRI and then they are going to test her for Multiple Scyrosis(sp?).
SO far they have tested for Low Bloodsugar, Diabetes, pretty much anything bloodsugar related. They have checked her heart, her BP, her lungs, and even ran an EEG to see if it could be nerological. As far as they can tell she is in perfect health.
She broke down craying last night about it, and it took everything I had to not do the same.

Did they do an anemia check?
Yeah Gyd. That was one of the very first tests they ran. In fact I think it was the very first one.

At one point she wanted me tested for STDs (I was tested less than a year ago)
I pointed out to her that if I had something I would be sick as well.

Not necissarily. Hate to say it, but lots of people have stuff and never even know they're sick until a test shows it.
Have they checked for Celiac Disease? As it's a relatively recently recognized, it's often not checked for. It can easily cause the symptoms you are describing.
If it is possibly Celiac disease, the best cure is to eat no glutens. Celiac disease is the inability of the small inenstines to break down gluten protiens. The problem is it is very hard to eat a non-gluten diet, as it is often not labeled on foodstuffs.
More info can be found at this place.
I know a bit about is it as my aunt has been struggling with it for years, and only just a month ago found a doctor that was able to make the correct diagnosis.
I hope they find out what is wrong soon.

Has she been tested for Lupus? It doesn't sound like the symptoms of it, but Lupus can effect different areas of your body.
This came to mind to me as well. But from what I've been reading I'm not sure if it would be Lupus or not.

Clicking on Signs and Symptoms
Not everyone with lupus experiences the same signs and symptoms of the disease. In fact, your own symptoms may vary from time to time. Still, there are some common signs and symptoms associated with the disease. They include:
Rash. A butterfly-shaped rash called a malar rash may appear across the bridge of your nose and cheeks. Or a scaly, disk-shaped rash called a discoid rash may appear on your face, neck or chest.
Sensitivity to sunlight. People with lupus often experience severe rashes or sunburns after minimal sun exposure.
Skin ulcers. Sores may appear on your tongue or inside your mouth or nose. These ulcers are usually painless.
Arthritis. You may experience joint pain, stiffness and swelling.
Serositis. Inflammation of the lining of some organs such as the heart and lungs can cause you to have painful breathing, shortness of breath or chest pain.
Kidney problems. You may have kidney problems such as inflammation. This can occur without any symptoms, or you may have leg swelling (edema) and high blood pressure.
Brain or spinal cord problems. You may experience headaches, seizures or mental problems.
Other signs and symptoms also may occur that are not specific to lupus. These include:
Fatigue. This symptom may be accompanied by dizziness, headaches or depression.
Fever. An unexplained fever may be an early sign of lupus.
Raynauds phenomenon. This is a condition in which your fingers, toes, nose and ears turn pale when exposed to cold temperatures.
Chest pain. This pain may be accompanied by coughing.
Swelling. You may have swollen glands or swelling in your legs or around your eyes.
Digestive problems. These problems may include loss of appetite, weight loss, nausea and diarrhea.
Unusual hair loss.
People with lupus may also experience depression or difficulty concentrating, either because of the disease or as a reaction to living with a chronic disease.
