I've been bowling alot latey and I think I may have injured my bicep but I don't know if it is just because it is tired. Whenever I try to flex it won't flex all the way. I can still move my arm fine but if I try to flex it stays reletivly lax. Is this bad or just normal?

You've never worked a muscle before, have you?

As long as it doesn't hurt, then yes, it's normal. You need to give it a rest for a day or so. If you've been bowling with a heavy ball for several days in a row, then I'm not really surprised.

I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

Well I had worked them before but I had never gotten to the point where I can flex in any way shape or form.

It's called 'muscle burnout'

Give it a rest and apply some heat if it starts to cramp.

It's very common for overworked muscles.

LITTLE AZN PEOPLE LIKE NEM GET IT IN THEIR THUMBS FROM BEATING POOR WHITE GUYS IN ARCADES ALL DAY LONG.

You poor little thing, your bicep got sore? Maybe you'll get a muscle from all this bowling.

Why is it sore again? Bowling isn't tiring at all

Bowling for an hour a day for 5 days strait is hard on your arm when your only other exercise to it is racketball twice a week and basketball three times a week. And note that is bowling alone not with 5 other people giving you a break.

You need to learn basic rules of exercise.

Like how you don't work the same parts of your body every day.

Felt fine the first 4 days, then crapped out on the 5th.

Muscles will at the most take two days to heal. In the mean time, start jogging to work those legs, or rowing!

It's usually best to alternate the muscles you work each day.

If you worked your upper body today, you'd wanna work your lower body tomorrow, to give your other muscles time to rest. Then the next day, you'd work your upper body again to give your lower body muscles time to rest.
