As long as it doesn't hurt, then yes, it's normal. You need to give it a rest for a day or so. If you've been bowling with a heavy ball for several days in a row, then I'm not really surprised.
Give it a rest and apply some heat if it starts to cramp.
It's very common for overworked muscles.
LITTLE AZN PEOPLE LIKE NEM GET IT IN THEIR THUMBS FROM BEATING POOR WHITE GUYS IN ARCADES ALL DAY LONG.

Naimah stopped beating up furries long enough to write:
Bowling for an hour a day for 5 days strait is hard on your arm when your only other exercise to it is racketball twice a week and basketball three times a week. And note that is bowling alone not with 5 other people giving you a break.
You need to learn basic rules of exercise.
Like how you don't work the same parts of your body every day.

Felt fine the first 4 days, then crapped out on the 5th.
Muscles will at the most take two days to heal. In the mean time, start jogging to work those legs, or rowing!
If you worked your upper body today, you'd wanna work your lower body tomorrow, to give your other muscles time to rest. Then the next day, you'd work your upper body again to give your lower body muscles time to rest.
