What job?

It's a solid schedule, M-R 4:00 -> 8:30p, Sa 9-5:30, and they give large bonuses, and incentives for attendance, and good preformance. it's clean, and they are very nice poeple. I'm so excited. ^_^

It isn't so much that people get cut. It is that they can't handle doing the outbound calls and quit. Cold Calls are the worst. What you are doing isn't as bad.
