So I'm working on this pic., and the love for this picture just isn't happening. Should I keep going? I just started coloring it.

Needs, color, avoid trying to give it to much value. Pictures like this that try and do realistic values tend to look worse if you try to give it true value.

I think it would be cool if you gave it a kind of glazed tile look. You can stop if you really want to, but I think you could make this super stylized and make it a very interesting piece.

Interesting piece. If you were to color it, I see lots of violets and blues for the fairy's body... but if you're not feeling the love for it, you shouldn't force yourself to keep working on it. Set it aside for later when (if at all) you feel the love for it again. It will turn out much better that way.
