I dunno, the hand holding the staff looks fine. The hand infront of her body just looks like it's tiny.

And the right arm seems to be kind of odd. An angle thing probably.

Other than that, excellent work.

Is the background something you drew up or a background you used from something else? Backgrounds are what kill me. I get bored doodling backgrounds (hence the fact very few of my pictures actually have backgrounds). If you did that one yourself, that alone earns you points in my mind.

I'd invite you to fiddle with the work on her hands some (hands are tricky as hell, I know), and perhaps better define the pose. I think I get an idea of the pose you're going for, but as it is she looks a little oddly-modeled. You seem to have clothing down (the folds of cloth, and especially the shadows...both things I'm still struggling to learn), and I think it'd be cool to see you do somewhat more complicated clothing styles.

All in all, though, I'd have to rate this image very very good.

Expect hordes of people to flock you you begging to have their pics colored.
