Has anyone tried to newest version of this browser? If so, what is your opinion on it?

Why use Opera?

(What? Thats my opinion)
LOL the only two good browsers on the market right now are IE6 and Safari Beta.

Just started playing with it here. I'm not sure what's going on but it took about a minute and a half to render the EC page, only a couple of thread titles per second. Assuming it was just filling the cache the first time, I reloaded. It took just as long.

It may have neat popup blockers but they're going to have to do better than that.

I've found it to be erratic at best.

A number of websites see arround the "Tell sites I'm IE6.0" option, thus blocking you from viewing some content.

A number of pages are rendered quite strangely, especially pages with CSS. (Overlapping text, pictures out of place, etc)

As was mentioned above, performance seems slower than IE6. (Tried on XP Pro and NT4)

Just a few impressions from playing with it for a day.

It's like Linux - just what the hell do you gain from using it?

Not a damn thing except a lot of trouble and no support.

It's not something people hear about.

And Azizza, Crazy Browser = Tabbed IE with popup blocking... It's so much better than IE6 IMO

At least Linux has the fact that it's free going for it.
