My mother uses my comp one day, and suddenly I have this http://sfux.com/passthrough/popupbaropener.html

everytime I open my IE. It makes some retarded control bar on my screen. I've tried to find the software to uninstall..so far nothing. I've empitied out my cookies, files, and temp files. Anywhere a find says something with the sfux is. Delete..it's still there. I've run adaware, it doesn't find it. I have the latest files for adaware. Anyone know where I might be able to find this fucking thing on my comp and be rid of it?

Fire, and lots of it.
I don't know how to be sexy. If I catch a girl looking at me and our eyes lock, I panic and open mine wider. Then I lick my lips and rub my genitals. And mouth the words "You're dead."

Do you really think that burning his mother will help his computer?

Also check Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs and see if anything listed in there has an unusual name. Might just be a matter of uninstalling a small program.

I'm afraid the only solution to your problem is formatting your harddrive, and then killing your mother with a stake engraved with the binary code that made up your harddrive's original files. Should you not be able to fit all those digits on said stake, you have little choice but to instead slit your mother's throat with an AOL installation disk.

take the hard drive out of your case and ship it to Osama as retaliation for 9/11. But first see if you can catch bonzi buddy and Gator.

Read his post again, he said he ran adaware and it found nothing.

Being unfamiliar with the program, if you can't find anything in the Add/Remove or in the Registry, I'm not sure how to remove it.

Open up Tools, then Internet Options. On the General tab, there should be a Settings button under Temporary Internet Files... and a button under that called View Objects - check that, too.

start->search->files or folders->containing text "popupbaropener" and then see if you can do anything with the results of that search.

And Adaware is five months out of date, so that's no suprise.

Try something that's current. It found ~40 things on my machine that Adaware did not.
