what's a CS spraypaint?

well, there's the fact that i've never playes CS, so no, i would not know how pressing the T button does this.
What's the source file like? bitmap? jpg? what dimensions/other limitations.

use a spray on the outside of a glass window, and you can see through it from the inside.. and shoot thru the sucker later.
I used to make custom sprays, but I dont recall the size limits, and all that just now.. if I'm bored enough tomorrow, I'll make a couple EC sprays.
It's been so long they're gone, but I could try to make 'em again...
