I know Deth has asked this in relation to his mage before, but I want to ask again since my chanter is nearly level 37 now.

What's a good place for hunting in the 30s? I have at my disposal a 35 druid and a 36 chanter on one account, and another 35 druid on the other account.

The chanter account has all expansions, but Pandorra, my other druid's, account only has up to Velious.

So throw out some suggestions where I can either solo one of them, or pair them up in a zone both accoutn have.

Everyone is either going to suggest LOIO directly, or at least mention it.

There's a reason for that.

I do want to explore Kunark more. I'm not familiar with it at all.

How is Overthere? PoK has a portal there, and I at least wanted to go look around.

Overthere is fantastic if you're non-KoS to the outpost.

It's...a bit crappier if you are, what with the patrolling goons.

By the way, if you take the PoK port, follow not the wall up away from the beach, lest you incur the wrath of a big ass cliff golem.

How do Illusions work? Do they like dark elves or ogres or such?

They used to con amiable to anything that could illusion: skele, but then they nerfed it. I really have no idea how it's affected now. I know they're KoS to wolf form, and non-KoS to dark elves and I think even agnostic/evil humans.

Only way to find out for sure would be to con a cliff golem (easiest thing to see from a distance)

Think I'll do that. Throw up a dark elf illusion and see how they react. I know the ogres in Ogguk responded pretty well to my ogre illusion, so maybe it'll be good.

I used to not be KOS in OT.

And then I got my karnor pipe...

I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piƱa coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

If you want to mindlessly grind exp, Overthere is a good place.

Typically, chanters who take the loio/OT/DL/KC route have a hard time when they reach the end game, due to lack of experience. I would recommend trying a dungeon, maybe Sol A or Paw.

LOIO is too low for 30... I believe I did 28-32 in FM, something of the order, before moving on to OT, where I'd make a level a day when pulling constantly to a good group.

Yeah, I thought so, even as I was posting it.

Last time I played that low was on my monk, and that was a long time ago.

I've spent quite a bit of time in Sol A, actually, but things are greening out there. I'm not as concerned with experience grinding as I am with trying out new 30s places, since our main group in the guild is in that area now. Figure I can scout out what's worth it and what's not.

I was in Marus Seru until Lv.36, then I grouped in Overthere until Lv.40 (the single best reason to be an agnostic monk) and Dawnshroud Peaks after that.

Dawnshroud is excellent, especially when you're not KoS to the wolves. However, the lightcrawlers will always be KoS and zelniaks (your primary target) are KoS to wolf form.

You can probably skip Overthere and kill mushrooms in Dawnshroud as well.

I don't know how to be sexy. If I catch a girl looking at me and our eyes lock, I panic and open mine wider. Then I lick my lips and rub my genitals. And mouth the words "You're dead."

SolA. SolA all the way. The mobs gain you twice the exp of an outdoors mob, and have absolutely no hp.

I made 24-30 there in a single night just soloing, then duoing SK/Shaman.

Dawnshroud is a great place, whether you're soloing or in a group.

For soloing, I'd suggest the tribals the wander around near Grieg's End.

For grouping, I suggest the Samata Tribals by the Maiden's Eye zone (At 36, you might be able to do with with just one person and an enchanter for crowd control.), or the Rockhopper cave. I don't have much experience with the rest of the zone as of yet, but I can say that an advantage the killing the Samatas (all the cavemen dudes regardless of name) is that you have a chance to get pieces of Acrylia off of them which can sell pretty good in the Bazaar if you need the money.

I suffer from CRS: Can't Remember Shit.

Doh, missed your SolA post. Hrm... you can start tackling Lower Guk if you want, but it's not the best experience around.

You can grind in OT, but that's insanely boring and slow. Dawnshroud is a possibility, I personally hate that zone, but it might work for you.

Inner Paw might work for a short bit yet, but I think it's greening for you, unless you venture into CasterLand.

Stonebrunt is possible, but see OT for specifics.

I'd probably recommend Lguk. It's slow, but it's quite fun.
