The guy was "muslim" and a Traitor to the US. He is Ex US Army and supposedly was trained in "Combat support" He wasn't a Sniper or anything like it.
No motive given yet.
They're holding a man for questioning. They've not said that they've arrested the sniper, only stating that he may be the one they're looking for.
Well Guys get your AR15s while you can. There is going to be a rush to ban them by Sara Bradey and Diane Fineswine.

What's scarier is if they jail the suspects and then the sniper starts again after everyone is satisfied that it's safe - because then you can be fairly sure that the sniper doesn't fit the profile of a serial killer.
