There's a reason for this. People used html sigs to majorly fuck up/spam boards.

With Gold Members, they know who is who, and if you abuse your html tags, they bust you.

That change was very much needed. Yesterday some lamer decided to attack The Druid's Grove, the main druid class ezBoard, with a flood attack.

Say what you can about ezBoard, but after they knew about the problem, it was solved in less than 5 minutes. All it took was myself and one other regular going into their tech support chat and then BOOM all of the posts went away and said lamer was banned globally.

I know it kinda sucks to lose that priviledge, but a couple of losers had to ruin it for everyone.
