I'm fucking working fucking 44 hours a week making fucking $9 an hour and I haven't got a fucking red fucking cent in my pocket because my fucking bank disabled my fucking debit card for six fucking months because I overdrew my bank account ONCE. On top of that fucking school is making me pay for my fucking tuition OUT OF POCKET even though I qualify for student aid because they want me to LEAVE, but I've already been over that. On top of that my fucking credit card bills are astronomical because I'm addicted to spending money on video games and computer hardware.

My job is stressful and incredibly inconvenient because I never know when they're going to expect me to work since they CAN tell me to work at ANY given time (it's in thier contract). I was turned down for a promotion I was probably overqualified for. I deal with assholes for a living but, hey, who doesn't?

My personal life has gone to shit. No, scratch that, it's just gone. School is turning into a clusterfuck yet again as professors lure me into a sense of security with thier seemingly childs play coursework then nail me with meaningless trivialties on tests that I just happen to NOT know. And the kicker is that I need to get an A in BOTH classes or I wind up paying out of pocket for NEXT FUCKING SEMESTER TOO.

I've got no car and I won't be able to get one until well into next year.

I've got no life and I probably still won't have one after school is over because I'll still be working more than full time on ass-backwards shifts AND I STILL WON'T HAVE A CAR.

I've got no money because I'm SPENDING IT ALL ON BILLS AND FUCKING TUITION.

So I'm pissed.

As for a haveing no acces to your debit card...dude you like really need to talk to someone at that bank. They can't deny you your money. if it is a debit card, you should still retain your mac useage on it, if not get your bank to issue a plain mac card so you can get to your money. Hell if i were you close the account and get a new one at a better bank. Unless you really fucked up or you have some sort of retarded account, most banks will charge you 30 bucks for an overdraft then late fees if you don't pay up.

Now you yourself said that your money problems are your own fault. You want that new video game, or that computer upgrade? Well thats nice. After you have paid dopuble your minimum payments on your bills and have a little extra set aside. Then you can see if you have enough. If not then it can wait a couple paychecks.

I'm not trying to be a jerk here but I do want to put things into perspective. You can do one of two things.
1: Whine about it constantly.
2: Whine about it for a few minutes. the say fuck it and try to fix it.

Stop wasting money. You dont' make enough to waste on computer games and equipment. And in your current situation they are a waste. Get rid of all your credit cards except one. Pay them all off and only use that one for emergencies or when you know you can pay it all off when the bill comes due.

Now I highly doubt that they WANT you to leave unless you are constantly causing trouble. And then they would just kick you out. College isn't Highschool. They want your money but they are not required to keep you there. If you dont' tow the line they just kick your ass out. If you qualify for student aid then get it. If they dick you around you have legal recourse I believe.

Your bank seems a bit Anal. So I really can't fault you at all for bitching here. Yeah you screwed up by overdrawing. Wow. You made one mistake, big F-ing deal. They overreacted. But some banks are like that. It does suck however.

Back to your job. That is life I fear. They tell you when to work. If you dont' like it then you can quit. THey are expected to make REASONABLE accomodations for religious views etc, outside of that they only have to follow the laybor laws. The promotion deal. Well I read about that and it blows. But once again that is life. It happens to us all. I have been fired from a job because of a merger with a new company. Since someone from the new company didn't like me I was let go even though I had been there over 3 years. It is all polotics.

You have a right to be pissed Maradon. But do keep in mind that some of this is your own doing. Not all. But some. Life isn't and never will be fair. from birth till about 18 we are bombarded with stuff about being gfair and nice. The harsh reality is that you can't always be nice, and the world is rarly fair. There is no good answer though. Sorry man.

Kick that shitty ass bank to the curb. With Bank One, if I overdraft I get charged a $28 fee and that's the end of it. Something's not right there.

So your check is direct deposit? If so the brighter side of things.. you wont be making as many impulse buys via the card as you would have. *knows this for fact as she and KaL tend to do that because the card is there and its instant access to our money* In a way in the long run you'll at least be saving some money.

My work just recently a pain in the ass
to get a real check, they switched to this pay card system. TO get a real check you have to wait 2-3 days longer plus fill out paperwork each week.

As for financial aid...well...I don't know what to tell you there. Financial aid is funky. You should hear about the crap Lyinar was dealing with with IUPUI. Talk about horrendous.

As for no money and no car...well...I can't offer you any wisdom you don't possess. Kick back, blow off some steam when you can with what you have, rent games from Blockbuster if you can occasionally afford it, and try not to let the stress overwhelm you.

It will get better. Not much of a consolation when you're looking at a long extended rough patch, but there is an end to it and you will reach it. And when you get there, things will ease up. You understand responsibility, you understand budgeting your money, you're a smart guy and you know your stuff when it comes to schoolwork. You're a hard worker, even if only half the stuff you talk about around here is true. All the effort is not for naught. It'll get better.

I am sorry you have to face this. Just hang in there.

Stupid fucks say I'm not eligible because of too many withdraws. They're including what was supposed to be an official withdraw not to go on my record back in 1998 when I had to pull out of school because I found out I was pregnant.

It really pisses me off, and that school has gotten the last of my money. I'm going to the private college down the street once this mess is sorted out.
