Your most important one will be Mastery of Magery, which gives you 3% more spell damage per spell level. (Which finishes at 15% increase in damage, not that bad.) Also, Mastery of the Art is good for your bolt spells, as with it at its full level and quickcast you can unload a bolt like nothing else.
