And for all those who have helped, or are helping me, you have no idea how much this means to me. I shall be taking the letters with me for the second appointment on Monday. Thats when the major investigation gets underway. I have no idea if they will do any good, it was a suggestion that my boss gave to me. Ugh, made me cry.. You all mean so much to me.

For the explaination. I got a call this morning at work, that I needed to report to the CPS office for an investigation, as I was being charged with child abuse. It seems our little incident that happened before that we had assumed died, had indeed not. It had been passed onto the school for possible warning purposes.

It just so happens Cyn is 5 years old, and like any 5 year old she is hyper, and rough and tumble. She likes to roughouse with her husky, her dog, and she rides her bike, and does backflips on her bed, like all normal children do. So she is a pretty beat up kid, although I had more bruises when I was a kid to be honest. Problem is, there are bruises all over, so CPS had a field day, and got her to interview. I was accused of child abuse because the bruises "look too much like hand prints". Most of them are bruises over scratch marks.. It's not hard to tell where they came from, but that is besides the point. She was questioned and things were said, and it appears my stepfather is also still up to his old shit and is making me look bad.

Needless to say it has been a very, very bad day, and I honestly feared being arrested. I know some may say that sounds stupid, but for someone who has only heard horror stories of CPS, and never excepted to actually have to deal with it in the first place, this was honestly what I expected.

I was assured, that I would not be arrested, and the girls would only be taken away should my character be questionable and the investigation turn out badly.

I'm hurt, scared, and a little confused, but for the most part, doing much better than I was earlier. I have another interview on Monday, and I dont know what happens after that. The CPS lady doesn't believe all thats shes been told however, which makes me feel better. She liked me, and of course breaking down in the waiting room she said was not the sign of someone able to beat thier children. She is going to fight for me, in helping get through this. Shes even going to help disprove the bruises, by helping Cyn get examined. Which I couldnt afford on my own without help.

There is a lot more, but it's hard to type, and I don't want to think about it. I want sleep, so the good news is, it went better than expected, if not as good as I would like. I have people on my side, and I still have my girls for now. It's good when the people doing the job don't believe it either, but they still have a job to do.

I am glad to know there were others not listed who showed they cared with their messages and hugs and well wishes. The list was short mainly because those are the people who know me pretty much in and out, and have spent time with me. I trust them to be a good judge of my character. I concider a great deal of you my friends, it had nothing to do with trying to exclude or shun anyone. It was more, those were the ones who really knew, and could be of some help.

KaL's ex-step-sister is deaf so she can only partially talk and does the other half in sign language. Well she was tryin to explain to her mom/aunt (I believe) that KaL and his brother had this thing on the couch that squirts fake blood (musta been a gag thing during halloween or something) Well since they really didnt understand what she was tryin to say.. they started auto-assuming things.. namely that KaL and his brother were molesting her on the couch. KaL's mom got to be attacked by DYPS (CPS in Jersey). I know of alot of other people who have just had their family thrown into turmoil because of assumptions and suspicions.
