icon above everyone's post?You can click that to ignore that user's posts in the future. Instead of seeing their post, you'll see a message "This user is on your ignore list. Click here to see this post."
If you want to un-ignore someone, just click to view one of their posts and hit the little icon of the guy sticking his fingers in his ears again and thanks to the power of solid-state technology, you'll be able to enjoy their posts again.
It is expected that this will take the place of flaming someone because they post stuff that offends your delicate sense of what should be on my board and what shouldn't.
